I'm Ellie.
I love my food, cooking, family, friends, travelling, fitness, love a chat. I just love life.
Aside from that, I'm a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist and Chef, and of course the founder of Musellie.
I started Musellie when I was 17, in our home kitchen in Camberwell, and as I have grown and matured, so too has Musellie.
We exist to create unashamedly premium muesli. We're here because you matter, and your fuel sources matter too.
A family history of disease taught me to be more conscious about how I live and eat. It became clear early on that health isn't outsourced, it's shaped by daily choices.

As I completed my Bachelor studies in Clinical Nutrition, I am even more passionate about my health and wellness and sharing Musellie with you all.
Musellie is more than muesli, it's a return to simplicity. We use organic ingredients, we don't use any refined sugars or seed oils, we create the most premium granola.
