• We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase, or the next business day.
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post

Shipping costs

• $14.95 is our flat rate postage fee for express postage (Australia wide) 
• $5.00 shipping fee available depending on your proximity to the Musellie Kitchen
• Free shipping is available for orders over $100 (excluding wholesale!)

Delivery time

• Delivery can be expected within 2 - 5 business days 
• Rural areas may incur a delay

• Once order has been dispatched customers will receive an email with their tracking number

Pick-up option

• If you selected "Pick Up" option at checkout you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup
